When you upgrade to 302 Brakes on your 940 check to see if you have 38mm or 40mm calipers in the rear. Going from 38mm to 40mm calipers is also a nice upgrade to do at the same time.

Going from 38mm to 40mm increases the clamping force by roughly 10%. So no, not a good idea to imbalance your brakes like that.

On the wheel hub underneath the rotors you need to brush off the rust and corrosion that builds up there. If you don't, the rotors won't sit flush and you'll have pulsating brakes even when new.
