I'd pop it all the way off and then straighten and fix the dents and then it should pop back on and stay correctly. Looks bent out, you gotta take it off to fix that.

The trick to taking the head of the turbo motors and leaving the turbo manifold and all that on and not touching that stuff is there is one exhaust stud you have to remove then you can take the head...
