Our ecoboost 3.5 truck is a complete beast, and runs on 87 or worse.
Would make a fine swap, but I believe the dimensions are unfavorable, and wiring harness challenging.

A lil naphtha on a rag takes it right off. So does gasoline or diesel, like dissolves like. Depends on your tolerance for chemical exposure, the older I get the more I avoid it.

Drill a 1/16" hole in the flat part of the RMS.
Run a screw into the hole with the screw driver, this pops the old seal out.
Pop the new one in as per Pat's instructions...
