FWIW... I've used the poly RSI mounts in a cold climate car and while I agree (I installed them in the summer) they were shaky initially. They settled down. Then it got cold and they got shaky again...

Be sure you check the wiring on that sender. They're notoriously wired backwards. So like... be sure your pump is running the CORRECT way.

I used specific exhaust studs for any of mine...

I used specific exhaust studs for any of mine that had broken. Not Volvo brand, but not bolts either.

If you put the copper antiseize or whatever on there you should be fine...

FWIW... that pusher fan got removed because it was basically dust. I have had some pressure issues without the pusher fan though... which is super odd since I'm confused how it could've even been...
