My least favorite work, getting rid of rust. Though i did learn over the years how to do it well. Sanding, RustiCo, Sanding , repeat and top of with Primer and paint

removed the cart and put the car back on jackstands
Coilovers installed, Wilwood adapters and calipers installed and put the wheel on. Wheel rubs just.. FML

Yep, for my 242 project, if your gonna order from sweden beter get it all
Got around with the enginebay, rattlecan in color, not bad result for a first try.
Still flat so needs buffing and i think i will redo the entire bay again when all the rust is fixed, it was a tryout.

Yay Wheels are mounted, so is the coilover stuff
Next up is finding the mounting to the axle for the ebrake. Apparently the mounting of late 700 and 900 series differs from the 86 model.

Thanks Homer, little steps but its nice to see it going somewhere.
Painted the firewall and the booster (16V model) and made it steerable again!
Both swaybars are back too, its pretty much done suspension and steering wise.
Removed all the wiring out off the car too, now i have to go through the donor 1992 740 donor loom with LH2.4.
Next up will be brakes, or welding depending on when my friend the welder has time.
It would have been last summer but we all know how that goes
