People.

I have read some internet magic and it seems that only SOME compressors have a high side port?

1. Where might this high side port be?
2. How can I address system pressures without one?

I am confused and want to be sure I'm not just spying the info for an R12 system and/or how different are the 940's R134 diagrams.

Hailp.

There is no high side port. If you want one take the correct hose to a local ac shop and they can add one.

There are many different methods you can use to properly charge an ac with only a low side port. Many of us have been doing it for a long time without issues.

I have 4 1993 240s
no high side port.
not on a 93 compressor, either.

I'm using 2 cans of Envirosafe, with a universal oil and normal orifice tube
Works great

I have BOTH belly pans and the pusher fans working.

Word. The AC is working fine and my low side pressure seems fine on my manifold but I was hoping to "optimize" stuff by checking the deltaT and seeing what's what since you know... I pulled this car out of a GD field and added a can of 134a to even see if the AC worked (this was like a year ago).

Anyway... cool I guess?
