Default Reasonable price for CD009?

Looking at 2 that are currently available locally

144k kms $1000 CAD (89.5K miles $763 USD)
116k kms $1150 CAD (72k miles $877 USD)

I have next to no idea what people usually pay for these.
Does this seem like a reasonable price or a good deal?

About right for a 'known' CD009 (i.e. not a CD001, 2, 3, 4, 5, etc).

Once the stickers fall off it can be very hard to tell them apart.

I paid $550 on Craigslist for a JK400 version out of a z370. Looked brand new. Supposedly it was out of a totalled car.
