Put it out where it should be..Added 1mm every where against the other side, because it will go back in when i remove the jack

The weldings dont look beatuiful here, but I put a little more power and wire than normal to get a very full welding:)Then I can grind it all down and have alot of welding left on the inside

Yeah it really does!And it looks original for people who dont know volvo..A friend of me looked at it and wondered what i did to it, I told him to look more..After maybe a half minute he bursts out: Damn, it looks so wide!You fix the fenders?:rofl:

I think thats one of the coolest things, it blends in with the rest of the car but still it looks really badass

Seamwelding..I am welding 25mm and 40mm space between weldings..Fits suprisingly good!Almost no compromises with longer/shorter weldings:)

Started a little bit on the front fender since the car is not in the workshop..

Took out the bushnings, they was new in the whole front when I bought the car(never been driven with exept 4 miles I drove) so I will reuse them
