Typical n/a engine CFM intake

I was wondering what the average CFM intake of a N/A engine was... I was thinking about making a electronic air ram style thing, not like that electric turbo crap, but something that would feed air to the stock airbox to keep a good flow of air through it.

My leaf blower idea? If it works my friend's 145 will recieve the same trick... I think its feasable... Seal off stock airbox, and mount a cone on the air intake of the leaf blower.

hmm... not really that.. my idea was to mount a AUX AC fan on a mixing bowl type thing.. then having a duct come off of that.
