Relocating battery on +T

Hello,

I want to relocate the battery on my 940 +T this weekend... the ground and the thin positive wires (leading into the harness) seem fairly straight forward. I will bolt the ground to the new location and extend thin positive wires. I already got a smaller wiping water tank.

The battery to the starter and alternator is routed beneath the radiator from what I would see... is there a way to just reroute it? Or will I have to redo the wiring because the old one is way to long/brittle from old age?

I have not found a thread on this topic. Someone has probably done it tho :).

You'll need new cables long enough to reach the trunk, you will need a large ground cable that reaches the block for the starter to work properly. 1/0 will probably be large enough 2/0 is bigger.
