Default One-Piece to Two-Piece Rotor Conversion

This is hopefully an easy one, but with my local dealer being a bit of a joke, I figured this would be my next stop. My 85 760 is extremely low mileage (both a blessing and a curse), to the point where its only on its second set of brake pads in 33 years.

Its also the only 7-er I've ever seen that still has the one-piece hub and rotor- my impression was that these were getting swapped out under warranty because the performance was so poor. Since it was a common problem, I assumed there'd be a conversion kit somewhere- I was wrong.

My question is this- what parts do I need to order to replace these when they're at the end of their useful life?
1985 760 Jurbo- Almost time for boost-fueled enjoyment, currently a handy way to prevent my wife from parking in the garage.

Trying to understand stupid people is like trying to pick up a turd by the clean end.
