Some tread sticks out wider than the mudflap, but it's pretty well covered by the fender. I think with the lip rolled flat, the car could be pretty low on a 225 on 9.5 at the right offset.Interesting.. Don't looks like theres any poke either, nice
are there major differences between fitment space between 240s and 7/9s? I have seen some big tires set up on a 7 with no fender pull.
i'm running 8's with 35's in back on mine
i had a set of turbo wheels stretched to make the rears 8's and the fronts 7.5's. 210's in the back (35mm spacers) and 195's (no spacers) in the front.
wheels stretched? 210's? This sense is not making much so.i had a set of turbo wheels stretched to make the rears 8's and the fronts 7.5's. 210's in the back (35mm spacers) and 195's (no spacers) in the front.
Street upgraded, not a race car... Just enough to make it look better and up the width a little. I'm aware that they aren't 8's originally. I had them widened.
1991 740T
One coil cut all four corners, 25mm adapter/spacers all four corners.
Wheels are Enkei RPM2s. 17x8 35mm offset with 225/45s on the front and 17x9 40mm offset with 255/40s on the rear.
When I get around to replacing the struts and shocks I will cut a little more off the springs and see about thinning the front spacers down to tuck the front wheels in just a bit.
