Let your wrench sit in a vinegar bath for a few days. Should take care of all the rust. Then work on freeing the mechanism.

I have a couple of them that I bought at a garage sale a while back. They are in my toolbox and occasionally get turned on Volvos

According to the seller it’s 284683.
Not sure if that’s correct. Will check when they arrive.

I think 300 series have the same headrests as early 200's.
And the design looks exact like the black 'leather' ones I have in my 244.

But could be they were sold foor 300's as well.

^Those look to be from the "Senator" seat cover set sold for the pre-1986 240 series.

The red isn't shown in the 1985 catalog, but brown is.

Yep! it seems they are from the Senator upholstery series for the 200's from 1979.
This image is from a dutch brochure.

See 4. in the list.
It says "Headrest cushions, Senator"

Will get back with the part number as soon as I receive the red ones.

I’ll have to upload pics at some point. But I’ve got a Fahrenheit ambient temp gauge, an earlier style snow cap, 240 wheel well gas can, and a high mileage badge. I’ve also got never installed Bosch pilot fog light covers, but those aren’t Volvo specific.

A set of '90 760 taillights, in nice condition. Quite dusty atm, could use some polish.

Actually thinking of selling these. I liked them on other 740's but with the silver.. I'm not so sure..
