I need to replace my fuel line from the sender to the filter because it's rusted open.
I'm planning on using 6 AN PTFE line, with a 5/16" hardline compression fitting for the fuel out on the sender, to a 6an 45 hose fitting, with the ptfe hose running underneath to the filter and going back into a 6an straight host fitting, 6an to M14x1.5 into the filter feed side, and back out the other side to a M12x1.5 to 1/4" barb banjo fitting.
I have everything here, only problem is the M12x1.5 fitting wont thread into the fuel output side, which is what I found online. It's a Bosch 0 450 905 601 filter. I've already swapped in a Airtex E2366 into the sender with SAE J30R10 line so I can bypass the under car pump and run the single in tank.
What other thread could the fuel output be or should I just buy another filter?
Edit; Bought another M12x1.5 fitting and it fits.
