240 Ps fluid in bellows?

Normal if we talk about beat up old volvos.

It is not. It is there only to keep the greased and shiny surfaces and seals dustfree.

Mine leaked from the left side when the tie rod ends were not connected to their struts, and car was on stands. Since it is sitting on its wheels, I haven't seen a drop, but maybe it it slowly leaking there.

IMO, avoid full lock for now, clean em up and see what comes back. not always worth throwing a new rack right in.

CAM racks have "fluid grease" in the boots. Maybe that's what you're seeing.

We'll if it's leaking power steering fluid there out the boot then bad seal in the rack.

Sitting 4 days with boots off one side leaked cup or so
I?ve got another rack but I?d like to save it for a more pressing issue

And I have new inners and boots for this rack

I had a slow leak on pass side of CAM rack, & added Lucas pwr steer stop leak(a couple times maybe 1/2 of the small size bottle 8?oz).
Haven't seen a drop of fluid, in over 6 mos

* I also flushed old fluid & changed prior to adding Lucas
