Alright, below is some quick and dirty GIMPing. Not even sure if I can find some of these colors. However, opinions are always welcome. A link to the original xcf is included if you feel like tinkering and making your own. Thanks!

go for the gold!!!

The car looks sweet! I got some silver gems that i am going to be running on my turbo 1800. Glad to see they look really good on that car.

What have you done for suspension? Is it stock or have you dropped it at all?

Not running quite yet. Thread sealant is curing. May try to fire her up tonight and take a jaunt around the apartment complex.

The suspension is stock at this point. Needs some attention and it on the short list. The bushings are all pretty well shot, shocks are old and sad. I bent the panhard rod mount during an incident with a cactus and a curb (yay for Arizona cloud bursts). I have no idea how I'll straighten that back out. May get an adjustable one and see if I can just dial the read end back on center. Really should have someone that knows more about suspensions look at it for me.

Biesey, that engine setup that you're putting together is exactly what I would like to do one day. Wish I had a nice shop like that to work in. Currently trying ot resurrect this girl in a tiny apartment garage, working when the neighbor is out.

Thanks for a opinions guys, and keep them coming.

agreeing with thelostartof +thin beauty rings to match lugs.

or silver.

gold and red = fast food colors :)

the suspension is pretty easy to deal with. you can probably get a replacement panhard from the revolvestore for next to nothing.

have fun!

Just curious, what size tires are you running on the gemini's? How well do they fill the wheel well? Any troubles with rubbing in turns?

Regular silver.

I almost have to say that I think Gems are too big for the 1800.

nah man they look just right... 18" pegs on the other hand...
