So this is what $600 will get you, 93' 940 n/a, 175k, regina, L block and AW71L .... yes i have evil plans for this once i get it all street legal.

problems ... drivers door caved in and door handle broken(in the pics is AFTER i hammered most of it out and installed a spare handle)

Needed a Battery, had a bad water pump(top seal blown out), and has no title(1-2 months worth of headache but worth it)

This will be my new DD in about 1-2 months once i get new tires along with the title and get it past smog, that way i can take the 91' off the road and do some fun stuff.

So now I own 4 volvo's, 3 of which are n/a regina cars ... hm

New crank sensor in, New water pump on and holding coolant, looks like the cam seal leaks really bad so i guess i need to change the valve cover gasket and the cam seal before i can take it to the DMV to get it checked

oh and off the 8 speakers in the car only the two on the dash work ... doh

That's a great deal! Wish we had trash cans and cardboard strong enough to support our Volvos, here in NY. We have to use jack stands. :(

well so far I have also replaced the leaking front cam seal, all 8 valve silencers, valve cover gasket and swapped out the M cam for a T cam. Along with replaced the soon to fail timing belt tensioner. Due to my being to lazy to setup the Intermediate shaft right I just went ahead and threw on a Head mounted dizzy and some old wires for now as the dizzy on the block really needs a new rotor and to have the timing set right haha

otherwise, runs pretty good, shifts through all 4 gears(have not tried the lockup yet). stops really really well. Just needs tires, check the brakes, and figure out why the drivers window will not go down(i think it might be because of the trashed door but we shall see.)

A/C is ice cold and heat is nice and hot.

timing is non adjustable :slap:

not a bad deal, looks the damage is confined to the one door, always a plus.

So whats with the levitating 740 in the background?
