The hood & fenders will probably bolt on, but everything else will not- core support is different

then i will take core support. It's spot welded on you said, right? I'll cut it off at the welds and we'll swap..

Sounds easier than trying to pull out the POS
 
What about Saturday? I really don't feel like driving from VA to BFE MD in Friday rush hour traffic- I wouldn't be able to leave here till 5 or 6
 
we'll be there a bit so leave when you are done after traffic
bill, you gonna be there saturday as well?

i'm not sure i can do saturday. We'll play it by ear i suppose but i don't have a place to put the truck or matt.

I think we can get enough done friday to make it all win
