Now I just gotta figure out the best way to attach them...

Windshield eurethane?

Also, when I cut the 244 rear sail windows, should I attach them with butyl tape like the stock ones? :e-shrug:

So you're doing away with the glass completely?

How are you cutting these? Water jets make it real easy.

I would seal with butyl and find something to rivet to.

the 245 i saw at RSI looked to be butyl taped (or something similar) and riveted in place.

do you plan on putting the trim back on somehow?

I'm just taking out the rear glass... I had a sheet of acrylic laying around, and I was bored.
I'm thinking I'll just put these into the window channels and stick em with some silicone or something. And I'll butyl tape the sail windows in.
Cut em with a dremel. It's what I had. Kind of a pain.

It's for a 244, so the trim won't be going away...

haven't you seen the racing stripe hes got? its a track car, duh
The car's gonna be all one color pretty soon here. :-P
I've caught way to much flack over what was just me covering up some bare metal I ground surface rust off of...

With mine, I made mine the same size as the factory windows and they fit just like a normal window does.

Of course, if you're looking to save the weight of the winder mechanism, you probably could either windscreen glue them in place or, if they're big enough drill some holes and bolt them in.

Here's mine -
