1/4'' spacer in the rear. I need 25mm in the rear to make it work long time. it rubs like crazy with what I got right now. Also the 235's aren't exactly helping either

Fix your undercoating when you get it sorted.
Rust there tends to finish 140's because it is a tough spot to patch when it spreads down into the double wall areas right above the shock mount.
