There are quite a bit more folks with DV Cams now so i figured i'd toss this out there as an option. There are a few places that you can "temporarily" upload a movie for a few people to download, im not aware of any worth sharing about though since they're a total pain.
My suggestion would be Bit Torrent

Cliff notes: a Torrent file tells your computer where to go to find the other users (tracker), you "link up" with other people (leachers) with the same torrent file and gradually together download the whole file. Only 1 computer (seeder) needs to have the complete file to get it going.
I setup a small tracker on my home server for us to use if anyone wants. You can either send me the torrent or let me know where to download the file and i'll put it up. Or if someone else has a "real" server with a "real" tracker let me know
