I got a 1992 244 from my aunt for a whopping $1 haha. She broke a timing belt and the shop she took it to said the head was ruined. She needed a car immediately and ended up buying one and just letting me have it:) Dream come true ehh?!?! In doing all of this work we found out that no valves were bent and we could have just put a new belt on it and drove it haha. But im glad we did all of this anyways. It was meticulously maintained its entire life up until my aunt got it a couple years ago, but its still super awesome and in great shape with only 111k on it! gold exterior, brown fabic interior, heated seats, all is mint pretty much with the exception of blackish stains on the white headliner, which i will be recovering with alcantara soon as well as the rear deck
