I saw 1st gen 960 wheels on an 855 and they looked fine to me, if not better.

there's a gen1 v70 awd here on the cape with hydras. it looks great but they stick out abit. I have crappy B@W photos of it, for you who are interested.

does look a little funny to me, if I bought it I'd definately want to get the right rims on there or at least some wheels from a newer volvo . . . .

Stock height they'll fit more or less. Just think of it this way, put 1" spacers on your RWD backspaced wheels. So long as the tires aren't too big or tall it'll work if the car isn't too low, but its really not that great of an idea....
