Have you pulled out the cluster and checked the solder joints? Mine didn't look bad, but ended up being the problem. You might be able to find actual cracked joints.

That's such a good bronze color, I kind of want to paint my Virgos that color. Closest color to that kind of bronze is Duplicolor HWP105. Looks more like the bronze you see on Volk TE37s.

Have you not heard of the +t? It's very possible (and cheap) to turbo an NA engine. There are tons and tons of threads on here about setting up a +t.

Nope, it's just a press fit knob. I don't know if I was lucky or if the knob in mine was already taken off before buying, but mine came off with just a little force. Not stuck hard enough to use...

Nevermind, fixed it by opening it up and gluing a magnet that came loose back on. One of the holders for a brush also snapped, so I glued that back on and the wipers are back to normal, if not better...

For the price, it's alright. I'd rather spend the ~$65 on just bronze bushings and extend the shifter myself. No chance in getting shifter rattle you'd get with the one on AliExpress.

You can just extend your own by an inch or two and have the same effect if you know a welder or do it yourself. I plan to do that when I get bronze bushings.
