I've always heard the 1psi per 100 rpm at hot idle was about the minimum before it would give up the ghost. You're getting pretty close to that. Time for Lucas?

Our ecoboost 3.5 truck is a complete beast, and runs on 87 or worse.
Would make a fine swap, but I believe the dimensions are unfavorable, and wiring harness challenging.

Run a screw into the hole with the screw driver, this pops the old seal out.
