I had the pleasure of driving this car last weekend. Definitely gave me a grin. The clutch is super stiff with short throw. Thank goodness for the truck motor torque so I didn't look like a nimrod...

I would recheck the intake hoses for a boost leak. Checking them under vacuum would not guarantee that they are ok under boost.

This really only seems like an electronic fault. It's easy to lose speed if there is a leak anywhere in the vacuum system. But the only thing to cause excess vacuum is the electronic vacuum pump.

You may have a bad vacuum check valve. The door actuators are controlled by engine vacuum. If you have none, they don't function. You may also have a vacuum leak under the dash somewhere.

Should swap. Mirrors might be different.

Seats will swap but you may need to unbolt and swap seatbelt components. The later 940s seatbelt retractor was bolted in the B pillar instead of the seat .

Yup. It would powers everything in the fuse box though. Take the blade fuse out and run a fuse to the seat side of the fuses.
