Occasional Extra Brake Travel after Highway Cruise

Occasionally I will get an extra inch or so of travel in the brake pedal, especially after long highway cruise stretches.
Brake Pedal feels normal after a release and reapplication, and feels good and firm always, other than when it has an extra inch of travel.
Entire brake system is less than a year old, calipers, rotors, flex lines, most hard lines, and MC .
Junk Aftermarket MC? 'Twas a Beck-Arnely.

check wheel bearings front and rear for play (especially in the back). its probably your pads getting knocked back.

Could be flex in the spindle or hub as well. Since I did the BBK mine does that after hard cornering. No play in anything, but with the larger rotors, plus wheel spacers, there's more flex. Larger rotors means the same flex at the hub translates to more movement at the caliper as well.
