240 Wiper System Partial failure

I stated driving the wires 91 240, a nice clean car. Everything works except to wash system.
First: the wipers work, but fault park when stopped.
Second: Pulling on the wiper switch does not initiate windshield washer pump nor wipers.
Third: rear is in the same boat.
Both pumps appear to be mounted up fronton pass side of wheel well. Haven't tested anything yet.
Looking for someone that has been down this road.

The pumps are likely done. Get a helper to activate the switch while you check the pumps. Remove the output tubes when the pump is activated. If they flow at the pump try blowing compressed air back from the nozzle end to clear the blockage while the pump is disconnected.

Got a helper today, there is 12v to the pumps. They were not operating. Ordered a pair today.
