[E85] LH Chip burning

Hi,

I am trying to make E85 chip for a stock B200FT ('91 940 in france)
Have bought burner, chip and have some xp in this domain. MS is not on way on this car (sister daily)
Have any of you have a base bin for that kind of modification?

If you remove your stock chip you should be able to read it to get the base bin, what you will need are the xdfs for your bin file. What is your ecu number?

OR just put in 40 percent larger injectors. 550cc worked for me with stock turbo redblock and stock AMM size with E85.

How are you gonna retune your stock injectors for 40 percent more fuel? Might work at idle, but will not work when you floor it.

Not sure if there is a good version for the b200 but on my b230f+t, bti chip and 984 ecu it was very fast to adapt to ethanol content. And yes stock injectors are probably too small, maybe just enough for e85 at stock power level.

The other thing about E85, more fuel or too rich does not loose power like you would on gasoline.
