I doubt that anyone makes a standard shielded pigtail for a Volvo 3-pin CPS VR sensor - it's too uncommon of a request. Check with Dave Barton (240turbo.com) and see if he can make one for you, and make it to an exact length. Otherwise, diyautotune sells the automotive temperature rated shielded cable in small lengths (here) and the 3-pin Amp Junior Power Timer series connectors (here), but not the boots or wire seals.
