Distance between framerails in a 240?

My 240 is not available for me to go measure it right now, so does anyone know the distance between the framerails in the 240 engine bay? Thanks

Did I measure wrong or does it get 2.5 inches wider somewhere other than at this crossmember? I measured 29 inches (737 mm).

I also measured ~29" between the rails at the forward crossmember. The body book has the chassis dimensions and it shows the bumper shock bolt holes which are in the middle of the frame rails are 836mm (32.9") apart.
