Back in August, my daughter bumped a car from behind in her 945 and the airbag blew. It has been replaced but the shop can't locate the procedure to turn off the SRS warning light. Anyone have that knowledge? Thanks!

I would read the codes. There is likely still a problem. Most SRS systems do a self-test each key cycle. If there is an issue, the light stays on.

You could have something like an open in the coil spring.

Thanks, I instructed him to read the codes prior to and after resetting and I'll reinforce that based on your suggestion.

The SRS light may go out if the self check didn't see a problem but previously triggered code can stay in the memory for some time until it is manually erased
