That looks like a scam to me, they want you to attach it to the IAT sensor wires (or so it says on the "volvo 940" application. Th description describes how a car is supposed to work without a chip!

Yeah my dad got me one of these a few christmases back, different name, but looks like the same website. They must change it every year or two to keep from being sued.
