She is 41 years old, kind of tired and wrinkly... right now she is nameless.

she came with some cool gauges too...

It does not run. Timing gear crapped out.

The things I want to do with the car(not in order)
-Get the b18 running, or put in a b20 with kjetz/MS.
-Remove entire interior
-Install 2 front 850 seats, delete rear seats. wood flooring in the back.
-Fix rust and primer
-Tint windows
-Supension: lowering springs, swaybars, shocks
-black steelies with chrome cap

Couple questions.
Is there a steering wheel alternative?
Pointers in installing a timing gear
I got a welder etc... you think i could make 850seats fit?

Looks great!

850 seats are liable to be very tall and interfere with the e-brake... but it's been a while since I looked at mine. Plus, the 960/*90 seats are more comfy, IMHO.

I think you should leave the 'rust' and do the rest of your list.

You may have a tough time finding one, but Momo and Grant made hubs for 120s. I just gave away the old Momo hub from my brother's car to someone here.

It's been over 30 years since I've replaced a set of timing gears, but, as I recall...Pull the cover, remove old gears (you may need a gear puller...mine just fell out when I took the cover off ), replace gears and cover.

Don't know about the seats, but there is plenty of room, it shouldn't be too much trouble.

Early 140's with the 'butterfly' steering wheel should also fit I believe.

Timing gears are cake. Normally if you're keeping the fiber/steel setup you can replace just the fiber gear if the steel one is in good shape. MIGHT need a puller, though I never have. Sometimes a little light prying evenly around the edges will allow you to walk the gear off. If you plan to keep the motor it'd be a prime time to install a neoprene seal style cover. You MAY need a new 'sleeve' over the crankshaft as they wear sometimes.
Dunno about the seats...

waaaay too much rust, that's dangerous ;-)
I would be very happy to buy a volvo here if that was the only rust on it,
Have fun

Lovely! I had one just like that- except it had rust. Lots of rust.

For seats try an Audi of 1990ish vintage- they have a really similar three point fixing. I've got a set of Quattro seats in the attic and they look like they'd fit without too much trouble (hint- Quattros have posh Recaro seats in them).

Oh and it's a 122S

What's special about the "s" model in 1967?
