That's the ROW (rest of the world) front end. The front (hood/fenders/core support/lights) were all different. To replicate what you see on that car with parts from a north american car you will need:

1986+ front fenders
1986+ core support (both upper and lower)
1986+ headlights and turn signals.
Special grille. The grill you need to fit that front sheet metal, but with a flathood was never used on any north american car. You'll need to source that from Europe or elsewhere. Australia got that grille too so maybe hit up one of the members there.
