It is a copy of the Enem V15T which is made in Sweden. It will most likely be cheaper for you to order the camshaft from Enem than from IPD.

For what it is worth, there is a recent discussion in this board about cam and shim metallurgy and quality. Enem uses really nice material to make their cams. Opinions about iPads materials are mixed.

Yes, what he wrote. I've had an enem V15T cam in my 82 turbo for a bit over 90k miles without issue. I also used a V15 n/a cam in a car for about 165k miles in my daily driver. Worth the extra security knowing it's better quality.
