kjet baseline air meter setting ?- without using exhaust analyzer

IIRC with the fuel pump relay bypassed you turn the 3mm Allen adjusting screw until the injectors start to dribble, then turn it back until they stop.
 
Does it have lambdasond and a frequency valve? IIRC, there's a procedure to adjust it using a dwell meter, but the Bentley instructions may have a mistake in them.
